Applicable Law & Governing Jurisdiction These Terms of Service and any agreements regarding purchases or website use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes or legal claims shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Florida.

2. Website Terms of Use

  • Acceptance: By placing an order with Colors Custom Print or browsing colorsfl.com, you accept these terms in full.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to upload copyrighted images, trademarks, or inappropriate content for printing, and you assume full liability for the design files provided.

  • Order Modifications: Due to the custom nature of our printing services, design changes or cancellations must be made before production starts.

3. Alignment with Shipping & Returns

  • Custom Printing & Returns: In alignment with our Return Policy, all custom printed products are final sale and non-returnable. Standard (pre-made) items carry a 14-day return window ($0 restocking fee; customer covers return shipping).

  • Fulfillment & Delivery: Orders follow our Shipping Policy: 2 business days for printing/processing, 3–5 business days for US delivery (Free Shipping), and 20–30 business days for Europe/International orders (rates calculated by courier).

4. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability Colors Custom Print is not liable for minor color variations between digital screen proofs and physical prints. Total monetary liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
